Checking Your Case Once It Has Been Filed: When your case is filed with US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) we will give you the USCIS official access code to your case so you can check the status of your case on the USCIS web site.

The Overall Processing Of Your Case: There are many steps involved in most immigration cases, and can sometimes become overwhelming. We have produced detailed step by step guides that you can print and read over and over again so you can anticipate each step in the process and prepare ahead of time.

Useful Immigration Links: We provide links to many USCIS pages that we typically use everyday day for information and research. Immigration rules are constantly being updated and we need to keep ourselves fully informed. These links are available to you also, so please feel free to use them.

The Future Of The IPC: Over the next few years we believe that the virtual world of business will become that standard and we aim to be at the cutting edge. We are developing online visual presentations where our attorneys will present the law. So, for example, if you were getting married to a US citizen you could download visual presentation clips where you'd be able to see an attorney explain the ins and outs of this case. You would be able to keep re-playing the clip so that if you forgot a point you would not have to worry about it.
